LANDSCAPE
I often find landscape photography to be the most challenging. It can be subtly difficult to successfully integrate foreground and background elements into a single composition with both impact and beauty. Additionally, landscape exposures are often technically complex as lighting can vary drastically across the many elements that appear in the frame.
Many of these images were captured after months or years of planning (and hoping) for that perfect fusion of composition, lighting, weather, and seasonal factors such as catching wildflowers at the peak of bloom. Others were just pure luck, being in the right place at the right time. Either way, I hope you enjoy these images as much I loved venturing to these beautiful places.
